Due to higher cutting rates and the rapid development of high tech machinery/tooling, the danger of a fire occuring during fully automated machining has been increasing considerably.
To help prevent the risk of damage and or fire, we use the fire extinguishing system from our partner company Kraft & Bauer Brandschutzsystem (picture). Optionally, we also use the "al-deco" fire extinguishing system from the company Al-trade.
The costs for this efficient fire prevention system, is less than 1% of the investment of the entire machine. This also depends on the machine size and/or model.
